 Luke began playing cello at age 10, he progressed quickly as a cellist performed as a soloist with his school orchestra at age 12. Luke holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.  He graduated in 2018. While at the Boston Conservatory, Luke was principal cellist of the Boston Conservatory Orchestra Spectrum Project.  In 2018 Luke was a member of the fellowship ensemble at Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music in Nelson, New Hampshire. Luke also enjoys an active performance schedule as a chamber musician and orchestral player throughout New England.

In addition to working as an instructor for private cello lessons, Luke also works with the Worcester Youth Orchestras as a chamber music coach, conductor and cello coach. He is also a string mentor at Neighborhood Strings, a community-based program of the Worcester Chamber Music Society that offers free string lessons to youth from Worcester’s Downtown and Main South neighborhoods.
