Compensation

The Human Resources Department maintains the compensation scales approved and set by the Town Council per Section C508 - Salaries of the Town Code.  On this page you will find the most updated salary scales.  We want to provide this information to support the Town's culture of transparency.

Salary Scales

All regularly classified positions are placed onto a corresponding salary scale.  The salary scales work in tandem with the classification plans.  Below are the listing of the current salary scales:

Salary Scale - FY 2019 - Non-Union - 35 Hour: This is the salary scale for non-union positions who work 35 hours a week.

Salary Scale - FY 2019 - Fire - 42 Hour: This is the salary scale for the IAFF members who work an average of 42 hours a week.

Salary Scale - FY 2019 - CSEA - Professional / Technical - 35 Hour: This is the salary scale for the CSEA, Professional/Technical members who work 35 hours a week.

Salary Scale - FY 2019 - CSEA - DPW - 40 Hour: This is the salary scale for CSEA - DPW members who work 40 hours a week.
