Route 195 Water Pipeline Project
Construction of a 5-mile pipeline on Route 195 between Tolland and Mansfield is anticipated to be completed in the fall 2016. This project is being coordinated with the Town of Mansfield and The Connecticut Department of Transportation to minimize traffic
disruptions. When completed, the pipeline will bring a reliable supply of

Connecticut Council on Environmental Quality E-alerts
The Council on Environmental Quality is the Connecticut state agency that monitors environmental progress and makes recommendations for correcting deficiencies in state laws and programs. Their E-alert system allows anyone to join their email list to automatically receive updates regarding the CEQ’s assessment of the environmental impacts of state projects, as well as notification of scoping meetings and public hearings.
