The following applications have been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for Special Permit or Site Plan approval. Agbotic Greenhouse Project

Proposed Agbotic Smart Farm including 6 greenhouses, wash and pack building, and a small office, all of which will be connected by an enclosed corridor. The Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on the special permit application for May 3, 2021 at 6:40 p.m. via virtual meeting. Information on how to participate in the public hearing will be provided on the meeting agenda, which will be available in the Agenda Center at least 24 hours before the meeting.  View application materials.

The Villas at Four Corners

Proposed 358-unit multi-family development located between CVS and Key Bank on Middle Turnpike (Route 44) in the Four Corners area.  The Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on the special permit application for April 19, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. via virtual meeting.
