Description:

The Town of Mansfield and the Board of Education is requesting proposals for an Owner’s Project Representative to conduct construction planning and cost estimating services for the Middle School.   A comprehensive assessment of the current condition of the school and the various systems within the school (HVAC, roofs, electrical, fire protection, ADA compliance, site conditions, safety needs, up to date code compliance, flow of the school working with projected needs, etc.) will be required to produce a master plan for the school.  The development of potential design concepts for the school and cost estimates so that the Board can develop an appropriate project budget will also be the responsibilities of the Owner’s Representative.
