Museum Passes

Did you know that you can borrow museum passes from the Mansfield Public Library? Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Museum passes may be checked out on your library card for one week.
  • Passes are available on a first come-first serve basis and may not be put on reserve except on the morning of the day they are to be picked up. Pass will be held until closing of that day.
  • Please return your passes to the library on time so others may use them. 
  • Replacement costs for lost passes varies according to each museum’s policy.
  • Enjoy your museum visit!

  • Library has one pass; 1 week loan
  • Pass gives reduced admission ($9/person) for up to 6 people.

  • Library has one pass; 1 week loan
  • Pass gives free admission for up to 2 adults and 2 children

  • Library has one pass; 1 week loan
  • Pass gives free general admission for 4 people

  • Library has two passes, 1 week loan
  • Pass gives free general admission for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6-17) and buy one get one free admission to films
  • Pass not valid for special exhibits

"Connecticut Summer at the Museum" - Free Admission for Kids

From July 1 to September 5, Connecticut children age 18 and under plus one accompanying Connecticut resident adult can visit participating museums free of charge through the Connecticut Summer at the Museum program. Participating museums include: Connecticut Science Center, Essex Steam Train and Riverboat, Kidcity Children's Museum, Lutz Children's Museum, Mark Twain House, Mashantucket Pequot Museum, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, New England Air Museum, The Children's Museum, and many more!
