As part of its ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funding, the Town designated one percent (1%) of its allocation for the arts. This goal was promoted by the CT Alliance for the Arts and supported by the Mansfield Town Council.  Through a competitive process, three artists' concepts were selected--all within close proximity of each other near the village of Mansfield Center--known as the Mansfield Artwalk.
